SHARE CAPITAL

There is no specific minimum capital requirement. The standard authorised share capital is 500 shares without par value.

SHAREHOLDERS

A minimum of one shareholder is required, which may be an individual or corporate.

DIRECTORS

There must be at least 1 director, a natural person or corporate body, with no requirement for local director.

REGISTERED OFFICE

Every company registered in the Marshall Islands is required to have a registered office address.

FILING REQUIREMENTS

Financial records must be kept but there are no requirements for accounts filling and audits.
