Founder
ANYA MAXWELL BRUNANDER
Anya combines knowledge from two distinctly different industries: that of fiduciary services in banking and that of entrepreneurship and venture capital.
Anya founded F Trust AG in 2007 with the purpose of assisting clients in venture capital and private equity in structuring their investments into the appropriate jurisdictions, to manage risk and optimise dividends and exits. Today the company works directly with families and entrepreneurs, as well as acts as provider of companies and administration of these to law and accounting firms internationally.Anya began her career in online brokerage at Internaxx (the Online brokerage subsidiary of Banque Generale de Luxembourg) and Saxo Bank, She previously worked with PriceWaterHouse Coopers and Ernst & Young. She holds an MBA from ESCP-EAP, Paris and BA from Edinburgh University.
Australian and Danish by birth, Anya has lived and worked in Luxembourg, Paris, Copenhagen, Zürich and is now based in UK.

Back Office Associate
ERZA GRAINCA
Erza is an associate and marketing assistant at F Trust AG. She joined the team in February 2023. She holds a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Zurich and previously worked as a marketing project manager at Helvengo AG.
Her role at F Trust AG involves managing marketing activities and bank account administration.
Originally from Geneva, Switzerland, Erza moved to Zurich three years ago.
Back Office & Compliance
KURT SCHÖLLHORN
Kurt was working with F Trust on contractual basis for the last 10 years, and in June 2022 joined F Trust team as a Head of Back Office&Compliance. Kurt has over 20 years of experience in finance, compliance and accounting. Since 2011 he is active in the area of AML of the SRO, as well as from 2012 legal and tax aspects at Eurex.
At F Trust Kurt is responsible for compliance and implementation of the new rulings for the regulatory, client administration and accounting, coordination of the Swiss companies registration with authorities and business consultancy.
Originally from Germany, Kurt moved to Switzerland 15 years ago and now is based in Zug area.
Junior Accountant
ANGELICA MINA
Angelica joined the team in June 2022 as an Administrative Assistant and, as of July 2023, she holds the position of Junior Accountant at F Trust. Currently, Angelica is pursuing her bachelor's degree at the University of Zürich, with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Banking & Finance.
At F Trust, Angelica is responsible for handling back-office tasks, managing databases, assisting with accounting, and administering bank accounts and processing.
Originally from Ticino, Switzerland, Angelica was born and raised there before moving to Zürich for her studies.
Administrative assistant
MELISA BEQIRI
Melisa Beqiri joined the team in 2023 as an intern. She is also currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Business Informatics at the University of Zürich.
Melisa is responsible for the back office support.
Originally from Ticino, Switzerland (with the roots of the parents from Kosovo), at the age of 16 she relocated to Zürich, where she completed the high school and started the education at University of Zürich.
Accountant
MARC WALDBURGER
Our in house accountant brings 20 years experience pithing Swiss accounting and audit. He handles all filing of accounts for our currently 50 companies, tax compliance, as well as communication with accountants in other jurisdictions where our clients have companies to ascertain books are balanced.
